Not only should Speicherstadtmuseum be visited, but also Ciao Mamma!. Taste Italian cuisine here. Nothing can be better than ordering good spaghetti carbonara, salami pizza and hamburgers. This restaurant offers you tasty tiramisu and good che. Check out delicious bitter or good ale. It's nice to try great espresso.
Ciao Mamma! is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of people mention that prices are average for what you receive. It's usually a good idea to try something new, enjoying the pleasant ambiance. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Absolutely catastrophic! I've honestly never had such a bad experience in a restaurant. Change requests within the order were mixed up/not accepted. When the waiter came to me with the pizza and I (kindly) wanted to take it from him due to lack of space, all I got was a cheeky "Don't be so greedy!" and no, that wasn't said jokingly. The bill was €37.40 for 2 pizzas and 2 small cokes, which in itself is a good price. However, I didn't want to leave a tip due to dissatisfaction. The waiter asked what he should enter and was told “€37.40”. The waiter made a typo and entered €31.40. Only then did he notice (despite being informed) that €6 was missing. He told us you can only pay with the card from €10 onwards (maybe he wanted to negotiate a tip). Since we didn't have any cash with us and had emphasized this several times, all of a sudden we were able to use the card! We also noticed that pizza to take away is not packaged in a normal box, but in aluminum foil. I don't think there's much more to say about it. The lady next to us at the table was also visibly disappointed. Quite a strange place. It's a shame that you have to have such a bad experience on a short trip to Hamburg! The food was delicious. The service was a bit intrusive. Clearing up while others at the table are still eating is not an option. The Aperol Spritz was very good.
