What an amazing dining experience!! The concept was well thought out and executed with perfection. At the door, it's unassuming, then we were led to a pre-dinner "picnic" in the "olive groves". Mind-blowing amuse bouche with vermouth! Then, in the dining room, it was spacious and well-designed. We had the short tasting menu and ordered two 2 bottles Of wines, 1 cava rosado, & 1 garnatxa from the Catalan region. The sommelier was spot on and very helpful in selecting the wines. Services were flawless. I think they deserved more than 1 Michelin star! Book ahead and I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a night of extraordinary gastronomic experience of Catalan cuisine while in Barcelona. We went for the short tasting menu which had 8 courses 99€. Regular tasting menu would have 10 courses 119€. No a la carte. Reservation only. Seasonal tasting menus all sourced locally and within Spain.
An amazing experience!!! If you're in Barcelona, this is A MUST!!!  From the start, this was a 5 star experience.  The host greeted us by automatically opening the door (via a secret button) and took our coats.  We were seated in an elegant and well appointed dining room.  We had several servers assigned to our table and never went without any beverages, wine or bread.  The staff communicated very well and were jovial throughout the meal.  We opted for the tasting menu and it was FABULOUS... maybe one of the best I've ever had.  The acorn fed duck, trout and frozen wine were memorable and absolutely outstanding.  Cannot say enough good things about this place.  It wasn't cheap, but was worth every penny!! Bravo to the proprietor, Jordi Artal, and staff.
Outstanding albeit pricey tasting menu. Definitely a great experience, loved every part of it. But don’t fill up with the bread they keep bringing, otherwise you’ll struggle with the last dishes!
