Worst costumer service ever, the employee or the manager tried to push me to buy the old not good package cinnamon roles tray, which they look old. and when I asked him to make a tray of the fresh one, the clerk tried to charge me double the price because he will sale it to me as I'm buying 12 individual pieces, I did ask the clerk if he's new, he's respond was, no I'm not.I been in this location too many times, I never seen anything like what I saw today.For today's visit, they don't deserve even a one star.I will drive to Chicago outlet fashion on rosemount to buy that, and I hope the managment of this location ( old orchard) correct there policy

Like many other reviewers here, the cinnamon roll I got was noticably old and stale. The staff was not very friendly either.

Need to close this one and get different management , The HIP mall location is 10x better. Cinnabuns look stale and terrible here and staff doesnt seem to care. Would just save ure $ and go to the one at the hip for a actually good cinnabons
