I ordered a takeaway yesterday evening to be delivered at 7.30pm. By 8pm there was no sign of it so I called to ask what was happening and was told 'it was on its way'. After another 15 minutes of waiting it finally arrived 45+ minutes late and with no apology. The delivery driver wouldn't accept a reduction in price for it being extremely late (and probably cold) so I sent him away. If I wanted to eat at 8.30pm I would have ordered my takeaway for that time! I called Cinnamon to let them know I'd sent the takeaway back and was told I would receive a call back from the manager. (It's the next day and I still haven't received a call back!). I ended up cooking a frozen pizza in the oven which took 10 minutes. I should have just done that in the first place and saved myself the hassle. Extremely disappointed. Service: 1
