First, this restaurant is NOT located in the city hall building. It is in the concert hall building east of the city hall building. It is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for Americans). Second, the locals have a nasty habit of rushing the push carts as soon as they come out of the kitchen, so by the time the carts come around to your table, they're out of whatever is fresh. Third, their prices are high for the so-so quality of food. Would not come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

2nd visit If you go right after it opens, you won't have to line up. The dim sum is very delicious, and you can order what you like from carts that are paraded around, which gives it a festive feel and is fun. The Hong Kong! This is a store you should visit at least once because you can feel the atmosphere. Price per person: HK$300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
