About 40% of customers don't have masks on even though sign at front says masks required. No enforcement from store. You see older shoppers (at risk) with masks and other shopper with no masks. Store needs to keep shoppers safe and make sure customers are wearing masks. Next time we are going to Walmart to see if they are being safer. Disappointing to see, frustrating and sad.

I am inundated with ads bragging about grocery service during Covid, but this claim is FALSE! City Market in Pagosa Springs Colorado will not give curbside service or deliver. On top of this, the in store announcement service offers it in their piped in ads as I shop. But wait! There's more! On top of all that they have a "soft policy" regarding masks. About 20 percent of shoppers don't wear one because they know they can get away with it. All they have to do is refuse to ring up groceries for anyone without one, but they won't do it. I am immune compromised and the Kroger grocery chain is not willing to protect me. We are in a code red Covid status. City Market is contributing to the spread.

Great people. Great selection of food at reasonable prices. We adore their fresh vegetables and fruits. No comparison anywhere within 60 miles of Pagosa. Their fresh meat and seafood selections are superior, too!
