We ordered a cake by phone which they didn’t have when we went to pick it up. The manager did everything to get us the birthday cake. He went above and beyond to get our cake for my daughter’s 21 birthday party. He even gave us free ice cream tonight. I would highly recommend this place as they stand by their service and product!! Went in last night around 7pm. Only one girl working, I asked for cotton candy and chocolate mixed in a cone and she handed me two bowls instead. I'll take the blame because i didn't say anything because I just wanted to go home. She also charged extra for the bowls too which annoyed my mom a bit. I hadn't had an ice cream cake in years and decided to get one for my birthday this year and wasn't disappointed by the one I got at Cold Stone Creamery. I was able to pick out any flavor I wanted and in fact picked out a different flavor for each lair of the cake and could have as many crushed topping mixed in all for no extra cost.The overall cost was high, but the ice cream was rich (which is a sign of quality ice cream) and both my wife and I found it to be much better tasting than Braum's. I don't know what the white frosting I picked out was made of, but it was very light so it allowed the ice cream to remain the dominant flavor which is what I wanted. Plus the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule. I'm thinking I may do this again next year for my birthday!
