I've found my new favourite pizza place. While there a a large number of pizza places in the CRD, there are very few that create authentic Italian or Sicilian pies. This one did a great job on a classic meat pizza. It was awesome. Flavourful toppings, great cheese mixture, and a deliciously crispy crust. Though traditional Sicilian pizza uses a hard sheep's cheese instead of mozzarella, their house blend stood up well with the ingredients. And there was just enough prosciutto to add flavour without overwhelming the profile. I'll be back soon to try their other pizzas. Colwood Pizza makes the best vegan and vegetarian pizzas we have ever had! Their sauce is fantastic and the toppings are delicious. The pizza dough is both crispy and fluffy.
