After you have seen Poznan Glowny Railway Station, come to this restaurant. Savor Polish food that will combine many elements of culinary traditions. You can have tasty ravioli, fish and beef at Concordia Taste. As it is known from the guests' reviews, good tiramisu is a must-try here.

Excellent atmosphere, and that's about it. With all the restaurants and local dives with delicious cuisine and excellent service in Poznan, Concordia Taste did not make the cut on a slow Tuesday night. I ordered the low-salt pickle "chłodnik", summertime soup served cold, which was essentialy a pickle "miseria" in cream with dill. Tasted fine, but more suited as a vegetable side-dish. The main course was a dry-aged Antikrot steak, a rib eye steak, which was cut about a 1/2 thin. It was cooked medium, even though I asked for medium rare. The chef should consider thicker cuts of meat with a smaller diameter, and high temperature sear for a few minutes on each side to ensure the steak retains its remaining dry-aged texture/moisture. Instead, the thinly sliced cut with a wide diameter steak was similar to that of a diner's breakfast steak, average quality. The accompanying "grilled" vegetables were pan heated in butter and tasty, but not grilled. The seasoned potatoes were tasty - easy dish. The service on Tuesday evening consisted of one server, who was not attentive. After finishing dinner I was surprised that desert, or another drink was not offered during the meal since the place was at 15% capacity. I would have ordered both desert and another drink. The posted restaurant hours listed closing time as 10pm, but the kitchen closed at 9pm, a few minutes after I finished the main course. Unfortunately for me, the server did not announce the opportunity to order desert before the kitchen closed.
