Nicely cooked broth can be what you need. Come here and order good bourbon, gin or rum. Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The cute staff at this bar can show how much they appreciate their visitors. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices at Copper Fiddle Distillery deserve attention since they're low. Enjoy the spectacular atmosphere here. As for the Google rating, this place received 4.6.

This distillery has been open since 2013, but the newest owner bought in 2019 and completely revamped everything. All spirits and syrups are made in house. They are only allowed to use outside vermouth and bitters but they are currently working on a bitters program so that can be done in house as well. When visiting, we started with the Collection Flight ($14). This allowed us to taste all 8 standard spirits. The other flight, Premium Whiskey ($20), allows one to taste the (4) high end whiskies. We personally loved trying the collection flight to truly get a feel for the spirits and variety Copper Fiddle offers. From the flight, we got a variety of cocktails to try: The Christening, Blondie, Pumpkin Butter Old Fashioned (seasonal), and Dirty Cherry. The Dirty Cherry was the more spirit forward and was a take on an old fashioned. My personal favorite was The Christening. One could taste the notes from the banana whiskey, chai tea, and froth of the egg white. The staff was great about making recommendation, enlightening us about the distilling process, and making casual conversation. Be sure to check out Copper Fiddle Distillery any tike you are near Lake Zurich; it is well worth it!
