I regularly order takeaway food from this establishment. Everything was very tasty, there were favorite dishes, especially the London Burger, because of the cream cheese in the composition. But lately the quality and especially the service have begun to suffer. From the latter, I ordered a burger because it contains my favorite cream cheese. I arrive, pay and only at home I understand that this is the wrong burger and the wrong cheese, I call the pub and try to find out if this is a mistake or the orders were mixed up, to which they answer me: “Girl, we ran out of this cheese, and we made it with cheddar.” " I had my phone number, I came to the pub to pick it up, and during this time no one said anything to me. In short, they simply stuck me with another burger without warning me, because they couldn’t make the one I wanted. I won’t take anything else, who knows what they’ll slip me next time. The potatoes they put in are also meager now, not even all the ketchup goes on them, it may be different in the establishment, but I always take them with me, and now I won’t take them with me either.
