Ordered through Uber - but after checking T&Cs with Uber turns out Costa Coffee is liable and Uber legally take no responsibility for anythingI ordered 2 drinks and it cost me over £12 (premium for delivery I thought)1st came completely wrong - no frothed milk - burnt to boot - no syrup2nd came wrong - no syrup - not the drink I’d even orderedUber as per usual are not liable - and never do anything - SUCH A SCAMYOU WILL HAVE NO WAY OR REPORTING/escalating/ getting a refund - they look you up on the system and if you’ve sent a support request before you get a robotic response that’s 1 doesn’t answer what you asked 2- gives no explanation and finally 3 will never ever resolve your issue* even when you get a refund they keeps there feesWorst company ever - just look at what tax they pay - drivers not checked - shows a girl in the pic and then a 45 yr foreign guy turns up - no accountability - speak with the drivers they all barely make enough - Uber destroys business prestige and standardsOnly a matter of time before shops stop listing on there - when people realise the shops are liable not Uber and the complaints start happening - same happened with deliveroo around hereStill not got a refund for my order and Uber won’t do anything as they are “not liable” - if Costa want me to update my review they can refund my order as they are the ones liable and I will re-try In store this time - stop using Uber before your rating for quality in the area plummetsCurrently 0/5
