Costa shameless! Very dirty place! No pride in the job, no care of the place given in the costady... Hazard to clients!! After I spoke with one on the staff, rubbish was moved from one corner of the counter to another.... I am not sure if the training provided by the company is not adequate or lacks managerial skills or just lacks common sense... I was so disappointed with the place!!! There is so much competition in the area, and I love Costa coffee, but 4 people on the shift ( I saw them: walking, serving ,replacing stock,even offering to carry trays to the tables) could in 5 min get stuck high tays out of the tables ... No notice of self-cleaning - asking customers to put trays on the ruck after finishing having drinks .... if inspector ever arrives to this establishment ... bey bey Costa!!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
