Excellent table, I highly recommend! The dishes are refined and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality (much cheaper than the tourist traps in the French Quarter). My wife and I absolutely loved Couvant! The staff really saved our evening from a disastrous reservation at another restaurant. Each dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. I had the butternut squash soup and the chicken (poulet); I highly recommend both. Although the wait times were a little long, that’s to be expected during Mardi Gras.
