I tried to book a table at this venue (20 people). I attempted to contact them through multiple avenues over a period of a week. I tried calling at all times of day (during their business hours), over 15 calls, with 2 voicemail messages left. The phone number on their webpage goes to voicemail and they don't return calls. Sometimes they send a text message saying "Thankyou for calling Creek and Cella. Please text your inquiry through and we will get back to you as soon as possible." They do not reply to text messages even after >2 days. I also sent an inquiry through their webpage booking system, AND email, no reply to either. Terrible customer service, simply RUDE.

Very delicious food and good wine!! First time I came to this place and I’m highly recommend this place to hangout even during the week in the evening. Nice and cozy ambiance They have live jazz performance tonight (Tuesday night) We drove all the way from eastern suburbs it is worth it to try this place.
