It was almost amusing how awful the service was and I am not easily amused. There were quite a few of us there, as the cheer team was asked to meet here in support of the football team and the upcoming year. We arrived at 7:08pm and had one of THE ABSOLUTE WORST waitress's I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. After a few of us sat down, it took a good 15 minutes for her to find her way to our table. Perhaps if we were a table full of men, it would've only taken mere seconds for her to arrive. After another 15 minutes, she finally brought our drinks BUT NO MENU'S!!! It's 7:40pm now and no one has come by to check on how we're doing, whether or not we need anything, or if we're ready to order. Not her, not anyone!! Had all of us not been so hungry, I would've just got up and left. However, when you have teens with empty stomachs, it's not that easy. So instead, we got up to grab our own menu's with the hopes it would prompt someone, anyone, to walk over and take our order. NO SUCH LUCK!!! By 8:20pm, we were all too angry, too hungry and too impatient to wait one more minute. And why should we have had to?!! We gave them over AN HOUR!!! If the food is anything like the service, I'm relieved we didn't order and seriously surprised this place is still open at all!! I'm shocked at how this place has 4 stars to begin with, then again, it's not like the employees themselves can't go online and leave the establishment "great" reviews in order to avoid being reprimanded. Though I'd be completely shocked if that were the case because that would mean they'd actually have to log in and type one....too much like work (they obviously don't care for). We probably should've just walked out and let that lazy waitress pay for our soft drinks. Then I remembered that doing the right thing is what separates us from people like the one's who work here. This place is a joke and the waitress was a clown!! Do your job people!! You applied for it, so handle it! Then you want to cry when you're standing in the unemployment line!! A word to the wise.... if you have time to waste and don't mind being ignored, COME ON DOWN TO CRONIES SPORTS GRILL!!! That they ARE CAPABLE OF!!
