I would definitely not recommend this place if you are white. The service wasn't terrible, but the overall experience was. There was a long line for the two restrooms so myself and the friend I was with went into one together. Within 2 minutes girls were banging on the door yelling. Then while sitting at a table having a drink and people watching we saw two fights within minutes of one another. A white girl that had been dancing got jumped by two other girls. Within minutes from that a couple approached a table of 4 or 5 white girls that had just been sitting and talking a few tables from us. The couple sat at 2 of the girl's seats while they were standing next to them getting ready to sit back down. They just sat at their table.... and then got confrontational when one of the girls asked for them back. The couple started the fight and the dude threw one of the girls to the ground but security grabbed the white girl that had "hit back" and very aggressively threw her out. We decided to leave at this madness and noticed as we were leaving that the couple had chased the group of women out to their car as they were leaving and were literally spraying pepper spray on them and hitting their car. We called the police but everyone left shortly after. Anyway I will never be back to this place after seeing what is acceptable by the security and staff. If you want a safe environment free from racial discrepancies I would suggest you stick with Bakers Street, Market Pub, Middletons, Stillhouse or even the comfort of your own home would be better..... that is if safety is a concern when your going out.

This used to be a relaxed neighborhood bar.   They have changed it to where it has more of a club like feel to it, incorporating a DJ and dance floor area and also charging a $5 cover, on the weekends.  The drink prices are ok, but the service is of a poor standard.  I don't see myself ever coming back to this place for that reason: rude staff.  If you don't mind that, it's not too bad of a place for this kind of atmosphere if you don't want to venture downtown.
