Crumbl Cookies is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As a lot of guests remark, fair prices are not the strongest point of this place. When you enter this place, you feel the exotic atmosphere. Google gives it 4.9 so you can select this spot to have a good time here.

Raw cookie dough and poor customer service. I used to love this place, especially since tsp raised their prices. Recently, i got 3 cookies. And two were raw didnt want to try the third after that. I called to let them know and spoke to Colby, and he said to email them photos, so I did. They never replied, so I reached out. He said that based on the photos, they disagree that they are raw. Said thays how they make them! So sad as I used to recommend this place. After that type of customer service, I can't recommend them anymore. So, instead of offering any solution, they lost a regular customer. Good luck with that type of service!
