We had two bad experiences at Cuba Libre: 1st on 3rd of July and 2nd on 6/7/2018. At 1st time: after a long waiting to get in (30 min queue), we had a horrible service: it took over a half hour to get a beer and staff acted like they were doing us a favor. So we decided to leave the Bar. As we really had a very good experience in others bars, we decided to give a second chance to Cuba Libre. On 6th of July, again with a long queue, the Security Guard told us that we couldn't get in with no reason. We didn't believe and insisted, but he told us that he didn't need to give us a reason. First time in life that this happened. Despite this two bad experience at Cuba Livre we had a great time in Kazan, with very hospitable people.
