Cucina Moderna has great Italian food. They have wood burning ovens for signature Pizzas as well as many delicious Italian dishes.I love the Chicken Francaise with capers. I ask for capers as the dish that normally comes with capers is Chicken Picatta.Their soups and Focaccia Breads are also excellent. Both locations are great with the original at Lake Worth Road and 441 and the second at Lyons and Boynton Beach Blvd.Both have outdoor dining while Boynton Beach has an indoor/outdoor bar with several large Flat Screens, where a party of one, or more, can sit, drink and eat, while watching tennis, golf, etc.

I stopped here for lunch in between jobs. I ordered a side Caesar salad and a side of meatballs.I can't even tell you how good these meatballs are. You have to go try them for yourself. They melt in your mouth and the sauce is delicious! The Caesar salad was perfect in the croutons tasted homemade. But beyond that, they brought out this amazing fresh baked bread with olive oil. It was free. My whole check was under $11 and look at this! I can't wait to go back and order a dinner.Oh and they have very clean bathrooms! That's always a plus in a restaurant!Mangia!

I have been coming here for some time but this last experience was not great. The food is alright, not as great as it used to be. The thing that really bothered me about this last dining experience was the service. My husband and I are a young couple and I felt as if we did not receive the same experience as others due to our age. The owner visited every other table except ours despite having the time to walk around the place. When we called him over he simply sent the server. I understand being busy but looking straight at us and not coming is not great business. He did not speak to us throughout our whole dinning experience. There were only 5 tables. Aside from this, I was referred to a couple times as “young lady” when I am a grown woman. I know most people would not mind but after what happened with the owner it left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not sure if we will return. If you are a young couple who does NOT want to be treated like children, I would suggest a different location.
