BY FAR THE BEST SHEET OF ISTANBUL. I went here for the first time when I saw it in the Vedat Milor guide. Since then, I visit it frequently whenever I get the chance. I said I had never smoked kelle pacha until I drank kelle pacha here. Their lungs and sleepiness are also beyond amazing. It's truly a pleasure that a small, shabby place offers such wonderful flavors.
