Popped in here for a coffee and roll. The rolls have a great crust and nice and airy inside. Went for a veggie one and filling was fresh but not very flavoursome. Coffee was strong and well made. Disappointing that they have not switched back to proper cups post covid and still serving in take away even if you have in. Cupcakes look good and I’m sure some of the non veg rolls would be tastier so would still recommend giving it a try. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 4 Service: 5

Looking for a cupcake on-the-go? Well, do not go to Cupcakes on Pitt, as they do not sell individual cupcakes! There are cupcakes galore across their instagram page, so you can imagine my surprise when I went into the shop and didn't see a single cupcake on display. I found out from the woman taking my order that you have to pre-order cupcakes (in what I can only imagine would be by the batch) and they are not available for individual sale on the spot. Seems like a name change would be appropriate (or - here's an idea - start selling individual cupcakes). They have a huge sign on the door that has all of the cupcake flavours, which is incredibly misleading. The other pastries I tried were good, but my cupcake craving has yet to be met. I really didn't think I'd have that problem going to a place called Cupcakes on Pitt. I wanted to give others a warning, as I imagine someone who wants a cupcake will google 'cupcake' as I did, and obviously will think they can get said cupcake when they go to a shop called Cupcakes on Pitt. Be prepared to for disappointment.
