Cured is very cool place!  The setting is beautiful, with an enormous meat curing case with lots of clean glass through which one can see the various meats which appear on the chacuterie plates, as well as a nice outdoor seating area in a courtyard that overlooks other Pearl area establishments. Since the evening was nice, we asked to be seated outside. All the cocktails and a good list of beers and wines are half off during happy hour. Will definitely come back and recommend.
Completely solid cocktails, beautifully clean modern farmhouse feel and delectable charcuterie - particularly the chicken liver mousse and 12-month aged salami. The crackers that were served with it, however, didn't quite meet the mark for the pate and mousse. Something more substantial would work better, but we'll definitely be back when the weather cools down for some patio happy hour time.
So yummy! Very clean and professional staff. A little on the pricey side with not a very big selection but I would say it's definitely worth it every now and then. Everything about our experience was positive. A good lunch date/ date night place.
