I still remember getting a text from my younger brother telling me that they had evacuated this place during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. I nonchalantly put it aside as there was surely no way that this standalone OG Japanese restaurant would be closed for good, right? Well, my brother and his wife are now looking for a similar place ( guess what?There is none! Lol) while I'm stuck with "curry" in the greater Los Angeles area. What made this curry place the curry place? My friend from Webb introduced this place to me way back in college at USC. We would make excursions on certain weekends just for the spaghetti and curry with the perfect pork or chicken breast cutlet. Ohh, man. I can feel the grief of having lost this place now. Other curry places? They don't compare and I ain't the type of guy to compare. Action: I'll just give up curry altogether as it's just one palate(dish) in a world fraught with thousands and thousands of "different flavors." Bottom Line: I'm gonna miss going up the second floor in a certain J-Town Plaza...a lot! RIP Curry House 2020.

This place is soo good. They give small portios of different food for the curry lunch. The drinks are delicious
