Excellent experience, one of the best restaurants in Cagliari. The service was impeccable, Mr. Marino explained all the dishes to us in great detail, a super gentle person. Each of the dishes was unique, exceeding all my expectations. The place has a very nice atmosphere, I give it a 1000! My recent visit to Da Marino restaurant in St. Remy was simply extraordinary. This Michelin-starred venue exceeded my every expectation with refined and creative seafood cuisine. Each course was a true work of art. The fish ravioli, with their delicate filling and impeccable presentation, were a delight for the eyes and the palate. The taste was balanced to perfection, and each bite was a unique sensory experience. The croquettes served as a starter were crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside, with a touch of cream that added an extra dimension to the flavour. This seemingly simple dish was executed with a mastery that only a restaurant of this caliber can offer.
