The Arrived at around 11:45am and placed order at 11:50am. The food took 30 minutes to come and we had to take it to go because we ran out of time. I saw the waiter take my food from the plate and put it in the to go box with his bare hands. In the half an hour we were waiting for our food, we never received our drinks and walked out without them. The restaurant was quite empty at the time so we were confused as to why it took so long for pretty simply food to arrive and why our drinks never arrived. Really disappointing experience especially since I really do like dainty maid and I recommend it to all my friends, but this was incredibly frustrating.
