Very hyped phở in this place, had to try since some people said Dalat was better than Lille Saigon. Which is not the case. Their broth was too sugary and had too much msg, I ended up feeling thirsty the rest of the day. The serving was also smaller than Lille Saigon and their service was barely acceptable (not that Lille Saigon is that much better, but at least they greet you with a smile).Another small annoyance was that they didn't have the Chinese soup spoon (otherwise known as the duck spoon) only a regular shallow steel spoon, which is pretty weird for a Vietnamese restaurant.I'll rather give my money to Lille Saigon, which is a couple of hundred metres away.
