Nothing to say about this famous establishment! And for a first since I have been living in Lyon for 43 years, everything was perfect... impeccable service (with excellent English!) and typical dishes worthy of an excellent cork! Came here for lunch without reservations. We showed up at the opening so it wasn't busy and they had an available table. Nice selection of drinks and wide options of wine. We ordered the bone marrow to share as well as the pork and beef. The bone marrow was full of flavors and the escargot snails was a nice bonus. The accompanying bread helped you soak up all the delicious fat on the plate. Both the pork and beef were very tender and had lots of flavor.
