If there's one place in Ahmedabad which serves sensational South Indian food, its Dasaprakash. Its hands down a better option than Sankalp. The best part they know their food really well and pack delicate flavors in the preparations. The sambar they serve is purely authentic and provides a break from the mundane sambar's that other restaurants serve, (who dont even know what goes into a great sambar). Now when the accompaniments are so immaculate, the food blows up expectations. Be it the thali,guliyappam,idli,dosa everything ticks the right boxes. The service is friendly, warm and perfect. Dasaprakash is a place which soothes your taste-buds and hardly disturbs your purse.
