The dosa, masala, and chutney were a perfect combination. I never had coconut chutney with cardamoms and cloves in it, but they were imparting such a nice and unique flavour to the chutney! - it was a surprise for me as I hate cardamom. The dosa is exactly the texture you want - crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, with a smoky rich flavour coming off of the ghee used to make it. The potato masala doesn't have much seasoning like mustard seeds, but it's pretty favourful with ghee and onions alone and balances out the heat from the chutney - which by the way has grounded "boiled" green chillies - not raw, again making it one of the most delicious coconut chutneys I've ever tasted.
