After hiking 8 kms and following the guidebook route, I was not allowed entry to even drink a cup of coffee at the bar and some respite from the pouring rain. Even though there was plenty of space. Overrated this place and guidebooks should take note of all the one star comments on this website. Flemish hospitality? It would not have costed much effort to give me a coffee at the bar especially if they are trying to attract hikers. Note - all the others here arrived by car.
