On my birthday, my partner and I had the privilege of dining at de Mondion Restaurant, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Perched atop the stunning Xara Palace, the restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, with perfect lighting that immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. From the moment our set menu began, each dish delivered pure pleasure and joy. One plate after another showcased remarkable talent perfectly balanced flavors, thoughtful presentation, and a clear respect for ingredients. Every course felt intentional and inspired. The service was flawless: attentive without intrusion, delivered with impressive knowledge and precision. It all came together like a beautifully choreographed gastronomic performance, one that will remain etched in my memory. I have known this place for the past eight years, and witnessing its evolution both in technique and in the quality of its cuisine made the evening even more special. Terrific food, outstanding service, everything up to the level where it's supposed to be, you can rarely say that these days when unfortunately presentation is priority above taste, but not in this case - 10/10 experience. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
