We once again thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful evening. The hop shoots were traditionally served with a poached egg and mousseline, sublimely finished with caviar. The godfather of "De Hopgenoot" did himself all the justice. As an entree, a perfectly cooked, beautiful langoustine. The cooked lamb shoulder was nicely accompanied with green asparagus and morels. Wouter Keersmaekers is the "King of taste"! He also always knows how to create a nice depth with his sauces. The service is not only flawless, but also very cordial and relaxed. I thought it was a rip-off. Had something to eat here with 2 people. 1 starter and 1 main course each. 1 glass of wine each. One person a dessert and the other a tea. Spent 400 euros for ok food, but totally inadequate for that price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
