Really wanted to love this place based on reviews. But the sauce or whatever you want to call it was not good. Dough is bread dough. No flavor. Not worth the money spent which is not cheap. Place also needs a makeover. There's no old school charm. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

It as everything I hoped for and more! We were lucky that they accepted our walk-in order as it was booked until around 830pm for pickups and reservations. We got there around 6pm on a Thursday.We went to De Fazio's based on a coworkers recommendation and I didn't realize this was the place that was made infamous (to me) by Dave Portnoy, trying the hangover cake and having his "#&*+ fall off".What I can say is the pizza was soooo on point, perfect. I got the meat lovers and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. The hangover cake was also amazing. I have always been a big fan of moist cakes, and this one fit the build perfectly.The service at De Fazio's was also absolutely perfect. Came to check on us in the "backyard dinning room" regularly and even the owner himself came out and had a chat with us. I just don't see that happening these days anymore.I have very limited options to try when I fly in to places for work, especially for dinner over 3 nights. De Fazio's was by far the most worth it on almost any of my short trips!
