Best ambience at the Hauptwache. Good coffee and cake (the cake is just standard defrosted goods). The food is better canteen food (lunch menu from €8.95). The view, if you sit at the window, is terrific (especially in the evening). Almost all of the tables wobble and somehow it's too loud. Paying (card system) is really bad. Here you should definitely pay attention to what has been booked on the card (it is probably often wrongly booked). Parking: Four parking levels, from €5, €2 and €1 per hour.
