I gave it 5 stars 6 years ago, but the service has deteriorated in recent years and I can't let it go continuously. Of course, they continue to be a good place in Porto, but the quality and experience are getting worse and the prices are getting higher... today, they vary between 2 (bad) and 4 (good) and are a shadow of who were... The increase in the general level of prices is understood to follow the increase in the cost of production, fse's and staff, but it is not correct that it translates into a loss of value for the customer. This was the second Christmas in a row with errors in orders, resulting in less product always being taken (the situation ended up being corrected later at the expense of travel and time for the customer), poorly carried out weighing to the detriment of the customer, some products with reduced quality (e.g. expensive vermicelli for a very small quantity, pale which leads to the use of lower quality eggs, without the traditional degree of sweetness; certain breaded lunches that look like shoe soles or reduced quantity and dry rice; bread that is too toasted or dry; from later, the general quality of the products is much lower, etc.). I recently placed an order for a cake online and asked for it to have the congratulations designation and my son's name, but they forgot to include it; price of the requested cake was €14, I ended up paying €21.35 - weighing cannot be the argument for an increase of more than 50% in the price; nor an apology, nor did they reflect a reduction in the price for the mistakes in line with the action they have been adopting in recent times... As if that weren't enough, the disorganization has been extremely high: in the midst of the worsening of public health in terms of influenza, it is very bad to see - what I believe to be - one of the managers coughing whoopingly when she shouldn't be working and there is no slightest general concern with individual protection; total entropy in the service area; non-priority people are served who go ahead of those who have already been waiting previously; While being served, the staff, if they have any additional responsibility, allow themselves to be distracted by requests from colleagues, which ends up resulting in losses in efficiency and quality of the customer experience. There are rude customers, but it is up to the entity to try to mitigate a certain chico-smartism and no efforts are made in that direction... on the contrary, sometimes. I hope they return to what they were in the recent past. Hug. Edition on 01/17/2024: give a positive rating to the follow-up call that reveals humility and commitment to continuous improvement. I hope everything goes for the best. Upgrade from 3 to 4 by post-review management on Google.

Regarding the supposed lack of organization in the functioning of the two queues, understand that it reaches a point where the flow of people is so large that even customers become confused and do not know which of the queues they will be in. The intention of the two queues is to divide customers who have orders placed from those who do not. Whoever orders is guaranteed that the product is separated but does not guarantee greater speed of service. In this case, there were even customers who actually took longer because their orders were larger and more complex. In the case of those who do not have an order, they can only order 1 item or many, which makes the queue take longer or less. This can influence the way you see the organization.
