It does feel like you’re in Italy when you walk in as the artefacts and culinary are unique and has that stylish yet homely feel. I tried 2 of their chocolate cakes and the ingredients were good quality plus they were really tasty. My favorite thing was the coffee! It was made to perfection and very high quality coffee beans were used. As a coffee enthusiast and reviewer, this is my honest opinion. The young people on the floor and kitchen are very attentive and do their best in serving customers which is important for developing their professional skills. My observation is that Sam makes a better cashier and front reception as he’s hospitable, courteous and has good people skills. He also does well in assisting Dominic the owner who runs the place well. I was also very impressed with Hari and - Pushkar’s table service because they were pleasant and courteous. Good customer service are developed over time and these team members had good inter personal skills which is necessary when working in F&B industry. They did not give me any attitude but were respectful, friendly and professional. Overall my experience was good as a first time customer traveling thru Canberra. Thank you team and sir Dominic! I ordered a cake from Via Dolce it was very ordinary no flavour and didn't seem fresh hardly anyone ate it and no positive comments. Would not recommend a cake from here. 1980's bad country town bakery vibes. Food: 2

Because they have more customers and they don’t care much sh about their food, spent $18 for breakfast and it was terrible, and I had to go the next coffee and have breakfast there
