The charm of the old does not excuse everything. Damaged/faded carpet and wall coverings in a deluxe room, very classic breakfast buffet for the hotel's classification in 2024 (very limited vegetable offering, mini pastries, citrus juice, etc.) The check out was warmer than the entrance. Without seeing a sign, it's a shame that not all the staff are in the same state of mind. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Our 45 guests, representing 13 nationalities, were all very enthusiastic about our birthday and wedding anniversary celebration in the Roussillon Room of the Grand Hotel Domaine de Divonne.The professional organization and care by Camille and Solène, the excellent food prepared by Chef Frédéric Monceyron and the exceptionally friendly and effective work of the service staff made the evening a complete success.
