Ordered pizza and wings extra sauce and cheese wings were the size of pigeon wings with smattering of sauce. Pizza had sections either very little cheese or sauce. Will never buy from Dominos again

I placed an order for a customer of mine to provide a holiday lunch that was intended to be covered by my company. I placed this order online through the Dominos website on a Wednesday, for the meal to be delivered Friday morning at 11am. Bear in mind, I live in NorCal and not in the Palm Springs area. Placing the order was easy enough. Shortly after placing the order, either that same day or the next, I got a call from a staff member explaining that somehow their own system had canceled the order, so I had to provide the details of the order to them again over the phone. Fine, not the biggest problem in the world. The next day, Friday, I returned home from an appointment at roughly 11 to see a couple of missed phone calls from this Dominos store. When I called them back, they explained to me that somehow my payment method had not worked, related to their own system canceling my order. So instead of me paying for the meal, my customer did. I asked the person on the phone to please refund my customer so that I could cover the holiday lunch. He agreed to do this, but the tone in his voice made it sound like an inconvenience. I asked right away for an itemized receipt, and he said one would come to my email (which is on file in my Dominos account) once the payment went through. That email has never come through. I contacted the store multiple times over the phone requesting an itemized receipt, and multiple times I was told "once the general manager gets in he can help you get a receipt". I finally got on the phone with the general manager at some point, a full week after the order had been delivered, to ask him for a copy of an itemized receipt. He says "sure, please come to the store and I can print out a copy for you". I said that's not possible because I live hundreds of miles away in Northern California. His response? Sorry, you have to physically come to the store. I'm sorry, what century are we in? Considering all the inconvenience with the canceled order and the Dominos fumbling of the payment, they could have at least done me the courtesy of taking a cell phone photo of the receipt and texting and/or emailing it to me. The general manager refused even this option. I have now come to find that contacting Dominos corporate support is essentially impossible, if you want to actually speak with someone anyway. You fill out this unnecessarily long form and pray someone responds to you. I've now been corresponding with someone who has requested information that has already been provided multiple times (I appreciate getting any type of response, but none of them are helpful, and usually take days to receive), and I have no faith that anyone will actually just get me this simple itemized receipt. Not that I was ever the biggest Dominos fan to begin with, but I had no ill feelings toward them. No more. I'll never be a customer of theirs again and any time someone suggests it, I'll do my best to discourage that choice. If someone at Dominos sees this, please get in touch and help me get a copy of this itemized receipt and we can go our separate ways. Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
