Store said open until 2am... employees inside throwing things astound. No one came to the door it was 12:30am... attempted to call. No answer... sad. We just arrived in town and was starving

I have waited an average of 3 1/2 hours on 3 different occasions within the last 5 weeksto have a simple order of 2 medium pizzas 2litre of soda, bread, delivered,the thing is that you are not warned or given a heads up as to wait time, while placing your order at online checkout, somewhere in that process an accurate wait time should be given so the customer can decide if he even wants to proceed,whatever the excuse is for exaggerated delayIT'S UNACCEPTABLE,IT SHOWS VERY LITTLE REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER PAYING GOOD MONEY!FOR WHAT IS AT BEST MEDIOCRE PIZZA,Take away the convenience, and a reasonable wait time for deliveryI don't know anyone who would make this place the first choice to call.IF THE FRANCHISEE NEEDS A HEADS UP ON THE ECONOMICS OF THE SITUATION I CANCERTAINLY APPRISE THEM OF ONE,IVE NOTICED THE PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGE INCREASED QUITE A BIT,HOWEVER, I AM WILLING TOBET THE WAGES YOU PAY ARE AS LOW AS EVER, THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.YOU HIRE AND PAY WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF COMMITMENT TO QUALITYTHAT YOUAPPROACH MAKING A MEDIOCRE PRODUCT WITH ....ZERO.YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A pawn shop,OR A BAIL BONDS SERVICE, OR PROCESS SERVER , OR LANDLORD of SLUM RENTALS ,ENTERPRISING DOUCHEBAGS EXCEL IN ALL OF THOSE ENDEAVORS,IT S APPARENT PIZZA AINT YOUR GIG.

Ordering form this Domino's is a wonderful experience. They are a little more pricey than other Pizza places, but the variety and speed makes it worth ordering from this Domino's Pizza. I have ordered from them about ten times this summer and have never had the bizarre experience of the previous reviewer. I hope (and think) they must have gotten rid of the delivery person Zach P. worked with.
