twice they've taken multiple payments for one order from my card and then told me the order didn't reach the branch. They took a total of £200 for two orders and didnt even have the decency to apologise for the inconvenience they caused. it should never be left to the customer to remedy a situation caused by the company.
my advice? seabreeze do a lovely pizza for a fraction of the price.
