Took over an hour for our order because they screwed up the order upon delivery, the driver said he will be back, 30mins later he came back with our order stating that it was still at the shop. When we open our order the breadsticks were half eaten. I am pretty sure he went back to the other house and got our order back. The food was cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager, she was very rude, I asked for a refund all she said was "sure" and hung up on me. No apologies no nothing. I will never order at this location ever again. The manager needs to be fired. No sense of customer service at all. She sounds like she hates her job and is miserable with her life. My family stopped by Domino to order pizzas for lunch and saw the ads about Domino's pizza deals. When I asked the service about it before placing my order, I got yelled at "There is no deal. Nothing is free." I thought the person was confused so repeated my question in a different way and then I was continued to be yelled at. My husband wanted to order right away to calm the service person down. But I decided to walk out after experiencing the whole attitude. It was very upseting as my kids had to witness how we were treated and kept asking why the service person yelled at us... This event happened on 22 Jun 2024. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
