I booked a place a few months ago, I came on the day of the reservation, it was just closed at opening time. I waited twenty minutes and it was still closed. They didn't tell me anything about it not opening. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We first dined at Le Bubbole when we were visiting Matera and were so impressed by the amazing food and professional service that we chose it for our wedding celebration—and it was the best decision! A special thanks to Sabino, who made everything run smoothly and helped to organize everything in less than a month! And thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service. The food, wine pairing, and organization were perfect. The highlight of the night was the rooftop champagne tower with fireworks and a stunning Sassi view—absolutely unforgettable!
