This is the worst donair in the city. With so many good options available it's amazing they are still in business Last donair I got the meat was cold and cut so thick it looked like a piece of steak. The sandwich ripped apart cause the bread was stale and the sweet and garlic sauce is flavorless Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I want to say a huge huge thank you to the gentleman at Donair Gill that made my uber eats nightmare change to good. I placed an order with uber eats, and a driver (not the one that the app said it was) picked up my order. Then when my actual uber eats driver arrived at the restaurant to get my order, and was informed my order was already picked up. Took it into his own hands and called me to let me know what happened. He promised me not to worry, he will contact uber eats and get this shorted out. Which is more then many restaurants would do. Long story short, he had to remake my orders, and have them sent back to my place. The food was absolutely delicious. Huge portions! And I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The guy working at Donair Grill went above and beyond. I highly recommend this restaurant. However, I don't recommend uber eats! Thanks again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

Food is always consistent. Fonz and Omar are incredible. Been eating here since it opened. They treat you like family when you walk in. I will say it’s not the same feeling now that they’ve staffed the bridlewood location to focus on mahogany store. Comes with the territory of moving on up and growing business. Great job you guys!
