This restaurant and Ulejoe Park can be both really attractive for tourists. Come here for nicely cooked pies and tasty fish if you are hungry. Order delicious wine. After a long working day, you can try great coffee. Visitors don't highly appreciate ice cream at Dorpat Restoran.

Air conditioner didn't work, 27 degrees in the room. No one seemed to take the matter as an urgent fix and just shrugged it off. The AC unit itself also made the room smell bad. Huge amount of dust on the room air vent and along the bathroom door. View was a parking lot... Carpet was very old with stains. No mini fridge or coffee/tea maker in the room. Two water bottles were on the room's desk, but with price tags on them. The vibe of the room, bathroom, and corridors was very old and dated. This place needs a re-model. Breakfast was surprisingly decent, but too many workers standing around.Would not stay here again, Pallas was better.

A very good and valuable hotel. I would enjoy some more sweet things for breakfast, but it is a big choice. Good rooms but noise from other rooms can be heard. Yet overall very clean and tidy. Would come again.

Room did not have refrigerator. Not good in summer heat. AC was weak and could not get room temperature under 24c After couple days it stopped working. Room temerature was 27c
