Perfect ribeye! Smoked mac and cheese, baked beans and fried green tomatoes were all delicious. Hidden gem down this little side road. Sami was an excellent hostess as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first visit to Exit 210 saloon and will also be our last. When we came in the specials board advertised rib tips with 2 sides for $14.99. After sitting down, we couldn't remember all the specials so i went back up and took a picture of the board so we could read it at our table. The waiter Caleb was nice and polite, but he couldn't answer any of our questions about the menu. My husband was debating between the tips and a burger but ultimately decided to get the rib tips as it was a better deal. Three out of 4 adults in our party decided to get the rib tips special. After we finished eating the waiter gave us our total without an itemized bill and I handed him my card. Before he ran it, I said wait a min that sound high what was the price of the rib tips? Caleb goes let's run the card and then go back and look at the price. I suggested to wait to check the price before the other party who ordered 2 rib tips paid but Caleb insisted, they also go ahead and pay as well. When Caleb brought the itemized receipt after I paid, we found out that they charged us $22.99 for the rib tips. I asked to speak to the manager to discuss this $8 difference. We waited for a manager, and one never came. The manager instead sent the waiter back to say the lunch special was rib tips with one side for $14.99 and we were changed $22.99 because we ordered 2 sides. I showed Caleb the picture of the specials board that said it was 2 sides and his response was just sorry. Upon leaving we noticed the specials board had been updated to say $21.99 so we weren't even charged that price either. I didn't want my whole meal comped but did expect to get refunded the difference. Long story short they lied and stole $8 from me and $16 from the other party with us. Sad to see a mom-and-pop local place has no respect for the customer and making things right. I also have zero respect for a cowardly manager that won't come speak to a customer to clear up confusion. We heard another table next to us also complaining about the same thing.
