Highly recommended! Inexpensive and very tasty. If you are visiting from abroad, I would suggest to go there with a local: the place is quite busy, and you don't want to hold the line.
A place to grab a quick Cheburek to eat on your way - no seats (bar-height tables) and conveyor-belt-like register. Although it's not cozy by any means (no seats, industrial design, probably couple of men sharing a bottle of vodka next to you), and the Cheburek is simply a large pastry with a little piece of processed beef inside, it's a great way to experience Russian street culture if you're foreign, and great place to grab a very cheap Cheburek and beer if you're local.
Great place to try Soviet fried cheburecks. Don't be afraid of the lack of the service - the food is great. One chebureck is less than half a dollar. The quality is fine. Soft and alcoholic drinks are sold here as well with supermarket prices. Less than a couple of minutes from the metro station. Enjoy one of the last parts of old Soviet fast food.
