Asked for a small cup of water and they didnt tell me it was a 1$. Didnt give me receipt, and I just took myself the receipt and saw the 1$. I would be ok if she said its going to be a dollar, I was angry not at the dollar but the way they charged me and tried not to give me the receipt. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
