April 3rd 955pm (5 minutes till close) - the employees working appear highly stressed to have 2 vehicles in line so close to closing time. My kid noticed and said, “Maybe we shouldn’t go back there? It’s like they thought we were bothering them”. Unprofessional, unwelcoming and just plain rude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Tumwater Dutch Bros looks so great. Awesome remodel. My new favorite drink is the sweater weather chi, with Carmel. Hot or blended, it's good eather way. I'm not a fan of it iced. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I keep trying to come back to this location because I love Dutch bros coffee, and each time I'm highly disappointed. No matter how many people complain, local management obviously can care less how long your wait in line is. Today the line was literally wrapped around the building and there was no one walking around taking orders. That clearly means that after waiting forever you need to get to window and then order which takes another 5 min in between chatty staff that's trying to force conversation after you just been through hell to give them your money. For the sake of the franchise, just closed this location and build a normal two lane with new management.
