Just had a roast. Luke warm. Very little on the plate. No cauliflower cheese because apparently you have to pre order it although we wasn’t asked when we booked whether we would actually like to preorder it. Because one other person came with us he couldn’t have beef on his mixed roast even though we said he might join but will only confirm three. Had to go to bar to order yet loads of floor staff. All very odd. Tasteless need lots of salt added. Not good and will not return Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I attended The Eagle Tavern on remembrance Sunday and me and four gentlemen I was with went in there for the sole purpose of having a drink. The bar staff were quick to serve us even though the place was packed. The staff were nice all around and I would recommend adding this to your pub crawls. Although I didn't eat at this venue, I did see the chef bring out food and it looked amazing. Kid-friendliness: The Eagle Tavern has loads of board games in one of the corners of the venue and children allowing them to stay entertained or to play with their parents if they so wished.
